WHAT WE ACCEPT

We accept returns for items that arrive in a condition that isn't what you paid for:

  • Damaged in transit (cracks, breaks, crushed packaging)
  • Print defect (layer separation, significant warping, structural failure)
  • Wrong item sent

Note: minor surface characteristics like layer lines and slight texture variation are normal features of FDM 3D printing, not defects.

TIME LIMIT

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to contact us about a return. After that window, we're unable to process a refund. If you're unsure when your order was delivered, check your order confirmation email or your order status page.

HOW TO START A RETURN

    Email [email protected] with the subject line "Return Request — [your order number]"

    Include 1–2 clear photos showing the defect or damage
  3. 3
    We'll reply within 1 business day with a prepaid Canada Post return label
  4. 4
    Pack the item and drop it off at any Canada Post location
  5. 5
    Your refund is processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving the return
REFUND TIMELINE

Once we process your refund, how long it takes to appear depends on your payment method:

  • PayPal — 1–3 business days
  • Credit or debit card (Square) — 5–10 business days depending on your bank

You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued on our end.
