How long does shipping take?
We dispatch within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery across Canada is 3–5 business days after that. Orders over $75 ship free; otherwise it's a flat $4.99.
What materials do you use?
PLA and PETG are our go-to materials, with PLA+ used for higher-stress parts. The material is listed on each product page.
Can I return a product?
Yes — for defects or damage, within 7 days of delivery. Send us your order number and a photo and we'll send a prepaid return label. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
Do you take custom orders?
Absolutely. Use the contact form and describe what you need. If you have a model file (.STL, .3MF) you can attach it via email.
What colors are available?
Colors vary by product — each listing shows available swatches. For custom orders we can source specific colors on request.
Is the print quality consistent?
Every print is inspected before shipping. We run at 0.2mm layer height standard, with tighter 0.08mm available on request for custom orders.
